- Introduction: Welcome to Mt. Ashland Ski Area. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and mobile application (“App”).
- Acceptance of Terms: By accessing our website or App, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you must discontinue your use immediately.
- User Information
- 3.1 Location Data and 3D Ski Tracking: Our App uses Mappy for 3D ski tracking and user location data to provide a tailored user experience. By using our App, you consent to this use of your location data. However, there’s no guarantee that Mappy or its associated features will always be available.
- 3.2 Privacy: We prioritize your privacy. While we collect and use data to enhance user experience, we do not sell or provide your information to third-party advertisers.
- E-Commerce: While our App does today not offer in-app purchases, it facilitates external e-commerce transactions.
- Age Restrictions: Our website and App are intended for users aged 4 and above. Any users below this age should refrain from using our platforms.
- User Content: User reviews and feedback exist on app stores and social media platforms. Mt. Ashland Association does not claim ownership or responsibility for such content.
- Restrictions: You are expressly and emphatically restricted from:
- Selling, sublicensing, or commercializing any website or App material.
- Using our platforms in ways harmful or disruptive to others.
- Engaging in data mining, data harvesting, data extracting, or any similar activity
- Limitation of Liability: Mt. Ashland Association and its partners are not responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from the use of our website or App.

Mt. Ashland Association is committed to the privacy of our customers and guests (“you” and “your”). The Mt. Ashland Association Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) applied to Personal Information that Mt. Ashland Association collects online, in person, and through its call centers or otherwise. Please read the following policy to understand how your Personal Information will be treated as you use our app. “Personal Information” is information associated with an identifiable individual or household. Personal information does not include information about a business or aggregated deidentified information that cannot be associated with a specific individual.
This Policy does not apply to information about Mt. Ashland Association’s employees or to information that is not Personal Information.

Depending on your marketing preferences, we may also use this information to send you offers, invitations, or promotions relating to our resorts, products, services, or programs that we believe may be of interest to you. For example, we may evaluate your commercial transactions or browsing habits on our websites or at our resorts which may influence the personalized special offers and promotions sent to you.
Site Security
For site security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available to all users, the platform for which the Site resides on – commonly known as a “WordPress”, utilizes a wide-range of software tools and programs to for the ultimate goal of ensuring its confidentiality, integrity, and availability (CIA) – a concept known as the CIA triad of information security. Tools which are currently in use, or are to be deployed if necessary for the security of the Site are to include, but are not limited to, the following:

Mt. Ashland Ski Area offers a newsletter that may be subscribed to at no cost. This provides information on resort operations, ticket deals, and upcoming events. You can opt-out of the newsletter at any time via the link provided at the bottom of each newsletter mailing, or by sending us an e-mail stating your request to info@mtashland.com
Our Commitment to Children’s Privacy
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, Mt. Ashland Association never knowingly collects or maintains information on our Site from those under 13, and no part of our Site is directed at anyone under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on this Site. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will use our best efforts to delete the information as soon as possible.
