In the heart of the Siskiyou Mountain range and yet just minutes from Ashland and Medford, sits Mt. Ashland and the historic DeBoer Lodge at 6,500′ elevation.  Built in 1964 and completely renovated in 2017, this historic landmark features banquet spaces and amenities reminiscent of yesteryear and a nod to Ashland’s Shakespeare theme. Mt. Ashland can accommodate groups of 10 to 200 for corporate meetings, conferences, retreats, parties, reunions, and more, with thousands of square feet of event space. The Lodge features multiple floors available to rent, each holding distinct qualities for your event. The main event space has more than 2,500 square feet of space, while the upper floor holds more than 500 square feet of space for your event.

The Lodge also features an outdoor deck with outstanding views of the surrounding mountains and valleys.  Additional options are available for outdoor activities, ceremony sites, happy hours, tournaments, and so much more!

Full Lodge Rental Package: $2,500
* Lodge 1st, 2nd & 3rd floors use for 10 hours the day of your event, including deck
* Table arrangement for up to 300 guests- no linens
* Can be set with tables, classroom-style, or customize for your needs!
* Mt. Ashland coordinator and staff on duty
* Trash removal after the event
* Outdoor ceremony site included for weddings
* Nonprofit Group Rate: $2,000
* Availability of full lodge rental is subject to operations of the ski area

Upper Lodge Rental Package: $1,500
* Lodge 2nd & 3rd floors use for 10 hours the day of your event, including deck
* Table arrangement for up to 125 guests- no linens
* Can be set with tables, classroom-style, or customize for your needs!
* Mt. Ashland coordinator and staff on duty
* Trash removal after the event
* Outdoor ceremony site included for weddings
* Nonprofit Group Rate: $1,000

Basic Rental: $100/hour (minimum 3 hours)
* 2nd Floor use, including deck
* Mt. Ashland coordinator and staff on duty
* Trash removal
* Nonprofit group rate: $60/hour

Small Group Rental: $50/hour (minimum 3 hours)
* 3rd Floor  or T-Bar Lounge use
* Mt. Ashland coordinator and staff on duty
* Trash removal
* Nonprofit group rate: $25/hour

Additional options are available for full lodge weekday rentals, activities, and a la carte services.  Chairlift rides are available uphill-only on Sonnet or Lithia chairlifts; inquire about pricing!
