We’re back with another year of Pond Skim!

Mt. Ashland is excited to bring back our annual Pond Skim, open to skiers and riders of all types! Ages 10 and up. Get ready for a day of springtime fun, live music and a celebration of the 2024/25 season. Don’t forget your floaties!”
The Pond Skim is a chance for our bravest Mt. Ashland skiers and riders to attempt to ski or snowboard across a pond of icy water.
Here’s the rundown:
9:00 am – 10:00 am: Mandatory participant check-in
10:40 am: Lineup at the top of Comer Chairlift
11:00 am: Pond Skim start
12:30 pm: Award announcement
1:00 pm – 3:00 pm: The Reverberays live music on the Bar Deck
We will be giving out awards for:
Best Overall Performance
Best Skim Style
Best Splash
Best Costume
Dont forget your towel, helmet, a change of clothes and that springtime stoke! ”

Take to the slopes in search of a 25/26 Season Pass hidden in the coveted Mt. Ashland Great Golden Egg. The hunt begins at 9:00 am and concludes once the Egg is found. Remember that only Comer, Windsor and Ariel will be running!
At 11:30 am, bring your kiddos to the Learning Center to pick up some extra goodies the Easter bunny may have dropped as he was hiding the Great Golden Egg! The hunt itself will likely last 20-30 minutes and is open to ages 8 and under!

On Saturday, April 26th join us for another round of the Jib-Apocolypse Rail Jam!
All skill levels, ages and genders welcome!

The prizes for Top Skier and Snowboard from Monster Energy with additional prizes for runner ups!
Every registered participant will receive a Monster Energy Swag Bag. Registration to participate is $7 and you do not need to re-register if you attended the first cancelled event. The Registration will be live on our web page this week!

After we toast to a great winter, we will all sweep Dream / Rodgers Way to Comer as a group with ski patrol in a show of celebration.
