Mt. Ashland Welcomes Philanthropy & Partnerships Director
We are pleased to welcome Tiffany Schmelzer as our Philanthropy and Partnerships Director.
Tiffany is a native of the Rogue Valley and has worked in the nonprofit community for over ten years.
Her first experience into this industry was in Medford as a Volunteer Coordinator for Habitat for
Humanity. During her time there, she was promoted to Development Director and fell in love with
fundraising and building relationships in the community. More recently, she served as the Director of
Development for the Children’s Advocacy Center of Benton County, Arkansas. She received her BS in
Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. Tiffany developed a strong passion
for the nonprofit sector, especially organizations that create a large impact in our community and
support youth empowerment.
Tiffany loves the outdoors and grew up in the surrounding mountains. She enjoys hiking, hunting,
sledding, snowboarding, anything that keeps her moving in the fresh air. Her childhood gave her a deep
appreciation for outdoor and youth activities. It is why Tiffany found the perfect position to continue her
nonprofit career at Mt. Ashland. “This organization seeks to improve the quality of life for many in our
region. I want to be a part of that- having fun on the mountain and keeping it strong for future
generations.”
Tiffany will be relocating to the Rogue Valley this month and her first day serving Mt. Ashland will be May 29.
